Department of Production Engineering
The
syllabus under this course includes various aspects of Production Engineering
such as techniques of optimising resources and educing cost of production,
various manufacturing processes, Production Planning Control, Tool Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, Metrology and Quality Control, Foundry Forming
processes and Metallurgy, Machine Tool Design etc. Advanced techniques
such as NC, CNC and FMS have also been included in this course.
